1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use ORA on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not: reverse-engineer or decompile the app; rent, sell or distribute it; use it for any unlawful activity; try to access other users' data; or overload our servers with automated requests.
2. Your account
- You must be 13 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method confidential and for all activity that happens through your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or from the account deletion page. Deletion is final.
- We may suspend your account if you break these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users.
3. The paid subscription (ORA Max)
- Name: ORA Max — a subscription that unlocks the advanced features (unlimited accounts and currencies, extended reports, AI features, and more).
- Length and price: shown clearly on the purchase screen inside the app before you confirm, in your store's currency.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: the renewal amount is charged to your account within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: done from your account settings in the App Store (and in Google Play once the app is available there) — not from inside ORA. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period.
- Free trial: if a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited the moment you buy the subscription.
- Refunds: payments are collected by Apple (or by Google once the app is available on Google Play), and the store's refund policy applies. We do not process payments and never see your card details.
Your financial data stays yours whether or not you subscribe. If your subscription ends, you can still view and export your data; only the advanced features are locked.
4. Nature of the service — important notice
- We do not provide financial, investment, tax or religious (Sharia) advice. Any figures, suggestions or alerts in the app are for guidance only.
- We do not transfer money, lend money or hold your funds. The “Gameya” (savings circle) feature is a tracking tool for an arrangement between you and people you know — no real money moves through the app.
- The zakat calculator is an estimate based on your inputs and the available gold price — consult qualified scholars for special cases.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for reviewing transactions that are extracted automatically.
5. Content and sharing
The data you enter is yours. You give us a limited permission to process and store it only as far as needed to run the service.
If you share your data with another user (family sharing or Gameya), you are the one who chooses to agree to that, and you can revoke it. You may not use name and note fields for offensive or unlawful content. To report abuse: support@withora.io.
6. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may add, change or discontinue features. If we materially discontinue a paid feature, we will notify you in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any financial decision you make based on information in the app. In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept it.
