حذف الحساب نهائي ومش بيتراجع فيه. بيتمسح بشكل كامل: كل حساباتك وأرصدتك ومعاملاتك، الأهداف والاشتراكات والقروض والذهب، التقارير، وأي بيانات مشتركة أنت مالكها.
وعشان نمنع استغلال المزايا اللي بتتاخد مرة واحدة، بعد الحذف بنحتفظ ببصمة مشفّرة في اتجاه واحد لهوية الدخول (مش الإيميل نفسه) ومعاها سجل بالمزايا اللي استخدمتها: التجربة المجانية وهدية الجمعية (من غير مدة انتهاء)، وعدّادات استخدام الشهر الحالي (لحد ما الشهر يخلص). وطلب الحذف اللي بتبعته من الصفحة دي بيتمسح بعد سنة من قفله. التفاصيل في البند ٦ من سياسة الخصوصية.

Delete your ORA account. The fastest way is in the app: Settings → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, submit your account email above and open the confirmation link we email to that address. Once confirmed, we permanently delete your account and all associated data (accounts, transactions, goals, subscriptions, reports) within 30 days. Paid subscriptions must be cancelled by you in the App Store (or Google Play, once available there). To prevent reuse of one-time benefits, we keep a one-way fingerprint of your sign-in identity (not your email itself) with a record of the benefits you used: the free trial and the Gameya gift (no expiry), and this month's usage counters (until the month ends).
